Want to work for the most forward-thinking tech program in the country? We are looking to hire a new tech facilitator.

Refactory is looking for a front-end software development facilitator. We are looking for a person who is passionate and hands-on, and who embodies the aspirations of the program. As a facilitator your primary responsibility will be teaching JavaScript and Vue.js. In addition to this you will coach and mentor the participants of the Catalyst Course and the Bootcamp in their ongoing projects.


  • Facilitate JavaScript  and Vue.js
  • Design training workbook
  • Mentor and Coach learners on the ongoing class projects 


  • Passionate and hands-on
  • Previous experience as a facilitator
  • Long and hands-on experience with front end software development
  • Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • Familiarity with VeNom Stack 
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • BSc degree in relevant field
